Handling
Our employees will handle the complaint and try to resolve the complaint to everyone's satisfaction.
After receiving your complaint you will receive a confirmation from us.
Complaints submitted to BiBi's Beauty & Supplies will be answered within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt.
If a complaint requires a longer processing time, you will be notified immediately by BiBi's Beauty & Supplies.
We will give an indication when we expect to be able to provide a definitive answer.
If the solution we offer does not meet your expectations, you can submit your complaint to an independent disputes committee.
The judgment of the appeal body (disputes committee) is binding for us as an institution. As an institution, any consequences will be dealt with quickly.
